- Sojourn tax is not included in price and is additionally charged 1,00 € for persons older than 18 years per day. Persons aged 12 – 18 years pay 50% of the residence tax amount. Children up to 12 years are excempted from residence tax
- Storno costs: Up to 6 weeks before the arrival – no charge; 42 to 28 days 15%; 14 to 7 days 50%; 6 days until the arrival day ( NO SHOW ) 100% of the final calculated amount for the reservation.

- Buffet breakfast and dinner. Drinks during the dinner in hotel restaurant included in price. Drinks at all-inclusive bar by the pool on payment when HB reserved!
