Paklenica is the real challenge for alpinists, scientists and trekkers, as well as favourite destination for nature lovers. One can experience there rich flora and fauna, numerous karst phenomenon like the cave of Manita Peć or even participate in sporting activities organised at the spot, such as alpinism, free-climbing, mountaneering, trekking, bird-watching.

The singularity of this National Park is surely the closeness of the sea and beautiful beaches directly at the bottom of it's slopes, so that one can enjoy typical mountain activities and enjoy swimming in crystal clear sea in the course of the same day.

Biograd
BiogradBiograd is very well known tourist center. Moreover it has it's historical importance, too. Namely, it was first mentioned in the written documents as a Croatian coastal town in X and XI century and the crowning place of Croatian kings. Biograd today is situated in the middle of the road between two airports - Zadar and Split, and on the main tourist coastal road as well.
